Every campaign needs bespoke, on-brand assets. Designers spend too much time hunting through GDrive for the right file, and rebuilding the same Figma frames based on small revisions.

The Insight

The design system existed.
It just wasn't AI-ready.

BairesDev had a working Figma design system, a vault of approved client photos, a drive full of reports, and a CRM data. The work was getting it AI-ready, integrating the right tools, retrieving and assembling. So we built the connective tissue.

Real components. Not pixels.

The system outputs real Figma components, not flat AI images. Every layer is editable, every color is a brand token, every typeface is the brand typeface.

02 · RETRIEVAL

Source-of-truth retrieval.

Vector search across Drive (reports, photos, case studies), paired with structured retrieval over the CRM for testimonials and proof points. No hallucinated stats.

03 · GUARDRAILS

On-brand by construction.

Output is the design system. The model can't pick the wrong font, the wrong color, or the wrong logo. Those choices are made upstream of the model.
